Thoughts about the Book
Premise: An ordinary guy finds a time traveling portal in a local diner leading to the same place in the 1950s. He gets it in his head to try to change the future and prevent the assasination on JFK, but he still has to live there for another 7 years or so until it happens. An insane amount of stuff happens along the way and he has to face the consequences of his choices.
That Book is just crazy good. Best Time-travelling Story I’ve ever consumed in any kind of media. Mostly I do not care for Romances in Novels but Jake and Hady are really really heartfelt. There are just too many good things to say about this one. And I believe this Story is best experienced going in blind. It is a really long book and it still just flies by. Also, as for usual for Stephen King: Many hidden Nuggies in that Story you will only notice if you have read some of his other works. (which you should)
Absolutely worth every second. Fantastic book.
